Launch27 became Automaid. Here's an alternative if that's not the direction you wanted

Launch27 is now Automaid. If your booking software changing hands and direction has you looking around, here's what to weigh.

Updated

If you've searched for Launch27 recently and found something called Automaid, you read that right. In May 2026 the company announced that Launch27 is now Automaid, operating under Fullsteam.

Rebrands happen. But a rebrand that comes with a stated change in direction is a reasonable moment to look around, which is presumably why you're here.

What changed

Launch27's original pitch was booking-first: a prospective client enters details about their home, gets instant pricing, and books with a card on file. That online-booking experience is what the product was known for, and it grew from there into scheduling, payments and team management.

Automaid's stated direction is heavier automation: in the company's own framing, software where owners log in to see how the business did rather than to run it.

That's a real vision and it will suit plenty of operators. If you want your business to run itself and you trust software to make the calls, you should take a serious look at it.

If you'd rather keep your hands on the wheel, approving bookings, adjusting quotes and deciding which jobs are worth taking, that's a different product, and this page is about that.

What CleanDock does

Online booking you approve

Put one link on your site, your Instagram bio, or your Google Business Profile. Requests arrive around the clock.

The difference from a fully automated flow: the request lands in front of you first. You approve it, and then it goes on the calendar. Same 24/7 front door, without waking up to a job you'd have priced differently.

Recurring cleans that repeat themselves

Weekly, biweekly, monthly, first and third Thursday. Set the recurrence once and the calendar fills itself forward. You aren't rebuilding next month every Sunday night.

Quoting, and one tap to invoice

Build a branded quote from the driveway. The client approves. One tap turns it into an invoice with the same line items and no re-keying, and they pay by card or ACH from the email.

Before-and-after photos on every job

Cleaners shoot before and after photos from their phone. They attach to that job permanently, next to the tracked time. When "you missed a room" comes up two weeks later, you send pictures.

Reports your bookkeeper will accept

Revenue and jobs by date range, employee pay ready to run, CSV export whenever they ask.

What it costs

PlanUsersPrice
Single1$29.99/mo
TeamUp to 5$49.99/mo
Team+Unlimited$99.99/mo

Fourteen-day free trial, month to month, cancel anytime. No per-user fees, so adding a summer part-timer doesn't change your bill.

We're not going to put Automaid's pricing in a table here. The product is mid-transition, and quoting a number we can't stand behind would be worse than quoting none. Check their current pricing directly and compare it to the figures above, which are the same ones on our pricing page.

Should you switch at all?

A rebrand on its own isn't a reason to move. Migrating software costs you a weekend and some risk, and "my vendor changed its logo" doesn't repay that.

Worth moving if:

  • The automation-first direction isn't how you want to run your business.
  • Your pricing or terms changed in a way you didn't choose.
  • You were already frustrated and the rebrand is just what made you look.

Worth staying if:

  • It works and your clients are used to your booking flow.
  • Automated everything is genuinely what you wanted.

Switching

Most people are up and running in an afternoon:

  1. Start the 14-day trial and add your recurring clients first. That's most of your revenue.
  2. Set the recurrences.
  3. Put your booking link in one place (your Google Business Profile is usually the highest traffic) and run both for a cycle.
  4. Cancel the other once bookings are flowing.

Your data exports anytime, so this isn't a one-way door.

Common questions

Is Launch27 shutting down?

Not as far as we know. It was rebranded to Automaid under Fullsteam in May 2026, not retired. If you're an existing customer, check directly with them about what changes for your account.

How does booking work?

Clients book through your link and the request comes to you to approve, so you stay in control of what gets scheduled and at what price before it hits the calendar.

Can I take card payments?

Yes: card and ACH, paid from the invoice email. QuickBooks sync is supported.
